Refund
Participants enrolling for courses & classes
- A reimbursement of the program cost may be requested by the individual 7 days prior to the Batch Commencement Date.
- 10% of the total fees paid, or Rs. 8,000/-whichever is less, will be charged as a regular processing fee to the individual at the time of refund.
- Refunds will be processed after the processing fee has been subtracted.
- If the request for a refund is submitted after the batch starts or with only 7 days remaining before the batch starts, there will be no refunds given under any conditions.
- If a learner is not satisfied, there will be no reimbursement.
- The individual can request to shift themselves to the next batch 3 days before the classes.
- Refunds will not be given in situations that are out of human control, such as Force Majeure Acts of God, natural catastrophes, pandemics of any type, including COVID-19, or other unforeseeable events that are outside of the organization’s reasonable control.
- No reimbursements claim will be taken into consideration even if the client does not provide proof of payment.
Clients seeking Therapy
- Should the session not be cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointed time, there will be no reimbursement.
- If the customer misses their therapy appointment, there will not be a reimbursement.
Within 24 hours after the therapy appointment, the client is able to request a different date.
