Please read these terms and conditions, which include a lot of legal jargon, but the bottom line is that it is our goal to always take care of both customers and sellers. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OR ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE WEBSITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE ITS USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental agreements or records that might be posted on the Site now and again are thus explicitly integrated in this by reference. At any time and for any reason, we reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions in our sole discretion. The “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions will be updated to notify you of any changes, and you waive any right to specific notice of any such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis to keep up with any changes. If you continue to use the Website or any of the Services following the date that the revised Terms and Conditions become effective, you will be considered to have been informed of the changes and to have accepted them.

The information on the Website Application is not meant to be distributed or used by anyone in any country or jurisdiction where doing so would be against the law or subject us to registration requirements in that country or jurisdiction. As a result, anyone who decides to access the Website from a location other than their home country does so on their own initiative and is solely responsible for adhering to any and all local laws that may be in place.

Eligibility:

To work with a coach/trainer/counselor on the Platform, you need to be at least 18 years old. You may only use our services with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are under the age of 18 (a “Minor”). We prohibit anyone under the age of 18 from using our services, providing PsyQuench with any personal information, or otherwise submitting personal information (such as a name, address, telephone number, or email address) via the services.

If you’re under 18, your legal guardian or parents must agree to these terms in order for you to use our products or services as a minor. If a minor uses the Website, or Services, it is presumed that he or she has obtained permission from the legal guardian or parents and that the legal guardian or parents have authorized such use. When a person, including a minor, registers for the services or products offered, the company assumes no liability for any harm that may result from their misuse of our website or any of our products or services. If a minor uses the Website, you represent and warrant that the minor has obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian before making use of the Products or Services. If it turns out that you are under the age of 18, that you have not given your parent or legal guardian permission to use the products or services, or that any information you have provided is incorrect, the company reserves the right to close your account and deny you access to those products or services. You acknowledge that it is not the responsibility of the company to ensure that you meet the aforementioned eligibility requirements. You will be solely responsible for ensuring that you meet the requirements. Before providing any information about themselves or their parents or other family members on the Website, anyone under the age of 18 (eighteen) should get their parents’ or guardians’ permission.

HEALTH DISCLAIMER

You agree to indemnify, release, and forever discharge PsyQuench and its coaches, consultants, and employees from any and all liability, costs, and expenses, including injuries or damages, resulting from your participation in any activities or use of any Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, Zumba, Nutrition and Fitness or Mindfulness Coaching Services in exchange for being permitted to participate in the Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, Zumba, and Mindfulness Coaching Services offered by PsyQuench and to use its Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, Zumba, Nutrition and Fitness or Mindfulness Coaching Services. In addition, by signing this agreement, you release PsyQuench, its coaches, consultants, and employees from any responsibility or liability for any physical, metabolic, or other disorder or injury you may suffer as a result of participating in PsyQuench activities.

You are aware that performing aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises, as well as using equipment, could be risky. You are also aware that participating in fitness activities carries a risk of personal property loss, serious injury, or even death, and that you are voluntarily engaging in these activities and operating machinery and equipment knowing this risk. Any and all risks of personal property loss, serious injury, or death related to the aforementioned fitness activities are expressly accepted by you in this agreement. Additionally, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old. In addition, you affirm that you are physically fit and free of any condition or disease that could affect the metabolism of nutrients or prevent you from participating in or using machinery or equipment, unless otherwise specified.

You also agree that before beginning any fat loss program, physical activity, or other plan that may be mentioned, discussed, or offered under the Services, you must notify PsyQuench of any illness or medical condition you have and provide the necessary documentation. You acknowledge that PsyQuench has advised you to seek medical approval before engaging in an exercise or fitness activity or using exercise equipment and machinery. You also acknowledge that PsyQuench has suggested that you have a physical examination once a year or more often and consult with your doctor about your exercise, physical activity, and use of exercise and training equipment so that your doctor can give you advice on these fitness activities and equipment use. You recognize that you have either had an actual assessment and been allowed your doctor’s to take part, or that you have chosen to take part in action and utilization of hardware, apparatus, and projects planned by PsyQuench without the endorsement of your doctor and do thus take care of your cooperation and exercises, and usage of gear and apparatus in your exercises.

PSYQUENCH DOES NOT PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES OR ADVICE. THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COACHES/TRAINING SPECIALISTS AND AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE AND DO NOT CONTAIN OR CONSTITUTE, AND SHOULD NOT BE INTERPRETED AS MEDICAL ADVICE OR OPINION. NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED FOR PHYSICAL EXERCISES. THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS NOT FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR.

PsyQuench’s nutrition and training plans, which are provided by coaches and training specialists, are not intended to treat or manage any health condition. Before changing your current eating habits or beginning a new nutrition or training plan, always talk to your doctor. You are aware that you are agreeing to the terms of the company, which is PsyQuench. You are also aware that not following the structured nutrition plans and instructions completely and frequently will not result in 100% success.
