Product Buy & delivery policy
Please read these terms and conditions, which include a lot of legal jargon, but the bottom line is that it is our goal to always take care of both customers and sellers. We have included many of these terms to protect ourselves legally, but if you have a problem, please contact us at contact@psyquench.com and we will try to resolve it fairly and promptly.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OR ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE WEBSITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE ITS USE IMMEDIATELY.
Changes to Terms & Conditions:
Supplemental agreements or records that might be posted on the Site now and again are thus explicitly integrated in this by reference. At any time and for any reason, we reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions in our sole discretion. The “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions will be updated to notify you of any changes, and you waive any right to specific notice of any such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis to keep up with any changes. If you continue to use the Website or any of the Services following the date that the revised Terms and Conditions become effective, you will be considered to have been informed of the changes and to have accepted them.
The information on the Website Application is not meant to be distributed or used by anyone in any country or jurisdiction where doing so would be against the law or subject us to registration requirements in that country or jurisdiction. As a result, anyone who decides to access the Website from a location other than their home country does so on their own initiative and is solely responsible for adhering to any and all local laws that may be in place.
Eligibility:
To work with a coach/trainer/counselor on the Platform, you need to be at least 18 years old. You may only use our services with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are under the age of 18 (a “Minor”). We prohibit anyone under the age of 18 from using our services, providing PsyQuench with any personal information, or otherwise submitting personal information (such as a name, address, telephone number, or email address) via the services.
If you’re under 18, your legal guardian or parents must agree to these terms in order for you to use our products or services as a minor. If a minor uses the Website, or Services, it is presumed that he or she has obtained permission from the legal guardian or parents and that the legal guardian or parents have authorized such use. When a person, including a minor, registers for the services or products offered, the company assumes no liability for any harm that may result from their misuse of our website or any of our products or services. If a minor uses the Website, you represent and warrant that the minor has obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian before making use of the Products or Services. If it turns out that you are under the age of 18, that you have not given your parent or legal guardian permission to use the products or services, or that any information you have provided is incorrect, the company reserves the right to close your account and deny you access to those products or services. You acknowledge that it is not the responsibility of the company to ensure that you meet the aforementioned eligibility requirements. You will be solely responsible for ensuring that you meet the requirements. Before providing any information about themselves or their parents or other family members on the Website, anyone under the age of 18 (eighteen) should get their parents’ or guardians’ permission.
HEALTH DISCLAIMER
You agree to indemnify, release, and forever discharge PsyQuench and its coaches, consultants, and employees from any and all liability, costs, and expenses, including injuries or damages, resulting from your participation in any activities. In addition, by signing this agreement, you release PsyQuench, its coaches, consultants, and employees from any responsibility or liability for any physical, metabolic, or other disorder or injury you may suffer as a result of participating in PsyQuench activities.
THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS NOT FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR NEARBY.
Refund Policy
Participants enrolling for courses & classes
- A reimbursement of the program cost may be requested by the individual 7 days prior to the Batch Commencement Date.
- 10% of the total fees paid, or Rs. 8,000/-whichever is less, will be charged as a regular processing fee to the individual at the time of refund.
- Refunds will be processed after the processing fee has been subtracted.
- If the request for a refund is submitted after the batch starts or with only 7 days remaining before the batch starts, there will be no refunds given under any conditions.
- Refund will not be applicable for any course/service that was taken on discount/ offers.
- If a learner is not satisfied, there will be no reimbursement.
- The seat cannot be transferred to another learner/participant after the course has started.
- The individual can request to shift themselves to the next batch 3 days before the classes.
- Refunds will not be given in situations that are out of human control, such as Force Majeure Acts of God, natural catastrophes, pandemics of any type, including COVID-19, or other unforeseeable events that are outside of the organization’s reasonable control.
- No reimbursements claim will be taken into consideration even if the client does not provide proof of payment.
- You can available the services within 6 months of making the payment (on availability of the course)
Clients seeking Therapy
- Should the session not be cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointed time, there will be no reimbursement.
- If the customer misses their therapy appointment, there will not be a reimbursement.
Within 24 hours after the therapy appointment, the client is able to request a different date.
