What Is Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) developed by Albert Ellis. It helps people identify and challenge irrational beliefs, replacing them with rational thoughts to reduce emotional distress. REBT uses the ABC model (Activating event – Belief – Consequence) to explain how thoughts influence feelings and behaviors. It’s effective for issues like anxiety, depression, anger, and self-esteem.!

     No, we provide project works with generous deadlines and our assessments happens throughout the live sessions of classroom learning.
