What is Integrated CBT & DBT
Because Cognitive Therapies are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alone cannot help the clients so we need to extend beyond the basics and include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). It helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns of anxiety, depression, stress and many more. CBT focuses on restructuring thoughts, while DBT emphasizes on skill training to overcome distress. Learning these therapies enhances counseling skills and helps clients manage anxiety, depression, impulsivity, DSH and eating disorders. Join to gain expertise, improve effectiveness, and advance your career in mental health.
