This session really helped me recognise the various things I can keep in mind while interacting with learners. Took the organizational psychology training-based internship and did not regret it at all. I signed up for the class with no knowledge, experience or even interest in the field. Miss Revathi turned out to be an amazing teacher and mentor throughout the course. She knows how to bring out confidence in a person and she was in tuned and in touch with her knowledge about the subject. Her analysis of your assignments are also written with a growth mindset and it’s nice to know your opinions or your thoughts are valued. I’ve come out of the course as a person highly interested in this branch of psychology.
